Komfot Health is a digital HealthTech platform providing sensitive reproductive health services via a WhatsApp powered care system. Operating in the FemTech space, they provide a vital bridge to clinically-guided care for women in Nigeria and emerging African markets.
The Friction
Despite early traction, Komfot Health faced a "Strategic Chasm." Operations relied on slow, manual chat handling with no structured data system. Furthermore, the legal sensitivity surrounding reproductive health in Nigeria made mainstream acquisition a minefield. To meet the milestones of the Hanga SRH Accelerator, they needed to shift from a "manual community" to a "measurable system" without compromising compliance or safety.
Our Strategy & Approach
Titaja intervened with a three phased GTM maneuver to weaponize Komfot’s digital presence:
  • Phase 1: Legal & Cultural Intelligence: We mapped localized "execution paths" for Nigeria, Rwanda, and Benin. This included a market prioritization matrix that weighed legal readiness against digital infrastructure.
  • Phase 2: Channel Weaponization: We audited the entire digital footprint, from TikTok to WhatsApp. We recommended repositioning the website as a high-authority educational SEO hub while transforming WhatsApp into a high-conversion, bot assisted lead routing engine.
  • Phase 3: Partnership Infrastructure: To bypass ad platform restrictions, we built a marketing led partnership system. We created the outreach templates, SLAs, and referral code tracking that allowed Komfot to scale through NGO and clinical networks.
